What Belongs Here

Typically: who the agreement is between, acceptable use of the site, intellectual property and licence terms, disclaimers and limitation of liability, privacy and data handling, governing law and dispute resolution, and how changes to the terms are communicated.

A privacy policy is a separate document and does not exist yet either. If the site uses any third-party embed that sets cookies, the privacy policy needs to say so.
